Carrie Herzog, Physician Assistant

Carrie Herzog graduated from Miami Dade College in 2016 with an Associate of Science in Physician Assistant Studies and Saint Francis University in 2018 with a Master of Medical Science degree. She has been practicing since 2016 at The Center for Arthritis and Rheumatic Diseases.  She was the FAPA representative of her class at Miami Dade College and is active with the state organization.  She is a speaker for the Florida Academy of Physician Assistants and a member of the PAC Trustee Board.

Prior to PA school, she was a chiropractic physician and an adjunct professor at Palm Beach State College and FAU. She has a Bachelor of Science degree from Georgia Tech and a Doctorate in Chiropractic Physician Studies from Life University.  She was born and raised in South Florida. She is married with two teenage daughters and a Bichon Frise. She loves movies, travelling, reading on the beach, doing yoga, and spending time with her family and friends.
